Return Policy

ALL SOFTWARE/TUNING PURCHASES ARE FINAL & COMPLETELY NON-REFUNDABLE

Software and tuning are intangible goods. Customer shall not ever be entitled to any refund rebate, compensation, or restitution for any reason whatsoever, even if the software contains material flaws.

Exhausts, Race Pipes, and EGR Kits:

• Non-returnable Items: We've updated our policies, and we no longer accept returns for exhausts, race pipes, and other specific items like EGR kits.

• Received a Damaged or Incorrect Product?

  • Exhausts & Race Pipes: If you find that your item is damaged, we'll either send you a replacement part or, in severe damage cases, a completely new product. If you receive an incorrect item, don't worry: Contact us right away and we will make right.
  • EGR Kits: If your EGR kit arrives damaged or incomplete, we'll ensure you get the necessary replacement parts. Receive the wrong kit? We'll dispatch the correct one immediately and provide a prepaid return label for the mistaken item.
    
    

Tuners, ECM's and Parts/Accessories Kits:

• Non-returnable Items: We've updated our policies, and we no longer accept returns for Tuners(ezlynk, mm3, autocal, smarty, Hp tuner mpvi3, SCT, or any other flashing tool. Performance or Aftermarket Parts.

• ECM's; All ECMs are final sale. All ECMs are tested before they leave our warehouse.
